OUR CEO
Gregory T. Severinsen, ESQ, RPA, FMA, LEED GA began his professional career as an attorney at a mid-sized insurance defense firm in Morristown, New Jersey. Thereafter, Greg transitioned to representing plaintiffs. In 2003, Greg opened his own law practice in Red Bank, New Jersey, now located in Morristown, New Jersey.

In addition to his experience as a litigation attorney, Greg has extensive experience in the operations of commercial real estate, having worked for one of Manhattan’s largest commercial property owners. Greg has established relationships with countless vendors in the Commercial Real Estate space based upon years of mutual trust and performance.
Greg has Designations as an RPA (Real Property Administrator); FMA (Facilities Management Administrator; and LEED GA (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). Greg utilizes this in-depth background to assist all clients of CRE Revenue Consulting, LLC.
